I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had a small refrigerator, making it one of the most comfortable experiences I've had in a long time. The staff was super helpful, the bar was a nice touch, and the beds were so comfy. One downside was the lack of a proper desk to work on, but overall a great experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, especially for our final day in Chile. The rooms were very nice and comfy, and exceptionally clean. They were spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and bed, and the best smell in a hotel room I've experienced in a long time. However, the rooms are comfortable but slightly old. The service provided was professional and friendly, although there was a slight reluctance initially when we wanted to go to a Fish restaurant in Vina del Mar. The location was excellent for exploring the older section of Santiago and visiting various attractions, but there were traffic disruptions due to demonstrations near the seat of government nearby.
